I'm out of town today, but we'll be having an in class assignment. It will improve your grade if you appear, but it will not be graded -- all you have to do is show up and work on it, and make sure you are on the roll.
One of our AI lab's students, Srinath Ravindran, will emcee and take roll.
He should be able to bring along some hardcopies, but you can also access the assignment here. It is drawn directly from this class's last previous final, so it is good preparation. What I attach here doesn't have answers, but answers are available in the course archive -- though I'd ask that you don't look at them until you've taken your best shot at answering yourselves first. Srinath will also have answers that he can display as you come up with answers.
